If you were of a like-mind and could regurgitate specifications on what were the latest and coolest toys, then you would find that you had a small clutch of friends and colleagues because everyone else was either not interested or were baffled by the tech-speak. It must be infectious because in todays world of gadgets, at times we all talk about the all-new cool gadgets that have just become available

So, why are cool gadgets for men now the talk of the town? I believe that this is down to a number of factors. New gadgets are present in every part of our lives. They can be found in every room of the house and in every office and shop-floor at work. The latest gadgets are in virtually every high-street shop that can possibly sell technology and they are now so affordable that most households are full of them. However, I think that the biggest factor the affects the acceptability of chatting about the latest cool gadgets has to be the fact that most of us have one or more of them in our pockets

We have all been there with friends or colleagues when suddenly there is a ringtone sounding. One of the group produces the latest, slickest, coolest and most fashionable gadget on the market, yes, they have a mobile phone that everyone wants. So instead of making out that they haven’t seen, the others in the group gather round and then receive an instant demonstration. Some will be wowed, some will maybe criticise, but one thing is for sure, the gadget will start a conversation. You may think that we are only talking about an audience in their late teens and early twenties, but in reality this scenario can apply to older generations as well
